Using Ocxit

You must be at least 18 to use Ocxit. One account per person. Don’t impersonate others, don’t automate the app, and don’t use it to break the law.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, prompts, and messages you share. You grant Ocxit a limited licence to store and display them so we can run the service (e.g. show your profile to potential matches).

Community rules

• Be honest about who you are.
• Respect other people’s time and consent.
• No harassment, hate, threats, spam, or paid promotion of other services.
• No sharing anyone else’s content without their permission.

Breach of these rules can lead to warnings, feature restrictions, or account removal. Serious breaches — especially anything on our safety list — result in permanent removal.

Paid features

Some features are free; some cost money. Prices, tax, and refund rules are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, which you can do at any time from your app store or from Settings.

Availability

We aim to keep Ocxit available, but we don’t guarantee it’s always up. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ocxit is provided “as is”. We’re not liable for the actions of other users or for indirect losses (like lost profits or goodwill). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

If we make material changes, we’ll let you know inside the app or by email. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction, except where a mandatory local consumer law says otherwise.
